Where the program is available

Insert MD programs are available in most U.S. states. Availability for any individual patient depends on the treating clinician’s license in the patient’s state and is confirmed at intake. A patient is only evaluated by a clinician licensed in the state where the patient is located at the time of the visit.

Medication is dispensed only by an independent 503A compounding pharmacy that is licensed to ship to the patient’s state. The dispensing pharmacy is matched to the patient’s state; patients do not select the pharmacy. See Provider Network & Pharmacies.

What this means for partner businesses

Before a program is launched in your location, availability for your state is confirmed on the demo and in your written agreement. Insert MD does not publish a state-by-state list on this page; if your state is not currently served, we will tell you before you sign.

What this means for patients

Intake asks for your state of residence and your location at the time of the visit. If no clinician licensed in your state is available, you are told before any treatment charge is made. Program and medication availability is determined solely by the independent licensed clinician after an evaluation.
